our story started when former wall street lawyer, elissia sigalow, saw a gap in the furniture market. elissia had a simple ask when designing her own home — minimalist design and high quality that she wouldn’t look back on 10 years later and wonder, “what was I thinking?”. she took matters into her own hands by founding STOWED to create, design, and build hand-crafted wood and upholstered pieces to love as much in 40 years as now. since 2017, STOWED has honed unparalleled expertise in interior design, production + manufacturing, procurement, project management + logistics, and wholesaling + white labeling. after years of scaling a successful brand catered to discriminating consumers and trade partners, we responded to a new demand from our commercial clients – addressing yet another gap in the market – because of our skills + resources, we are now disrupting the commercial market by increasing ROI as we deliver world-class design while eliminating middle-chain waste.
